How to Pack Your Bedroom Systematically
Packing the bedroom is more straightforward than the other parts of the home. For one, clothes you can easily pack clothes. Pack the clothes you will still use last though. In order not to wrinkle most of the clothes in the closet, you should use wardrobe boxes instead of folding them. Since these boxes have hanging bars you simply have to hang the clothes. When you get to your new home, you only need to transfer them to your new closet. To maintain the shape of your shoes, you should put them in their original boxes. If the boxes are no longer available, you can get similarly sized boxes and stuff the shoes too. Then to save space and money, you can put the shoe boxes inside the wardrobe boxes. Before you pack your bedroom though, you should reduce the number of items to bring. Begin by getting rid of the clothes you no longer use. Worn out shoes should be disposed as well because they would only occupy space and require more packing materials. As you finish packing, don't forget to pack a backpack for each person containing a change of clothes, toiletries and other essential items. If you dismantle the bed, mark where each part goes. Pack the mattress with a mattress bag to prevent tears too. Don't forget to label the boxes so they would go to the right rooms. You would also know where to find specific items.
